WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE AN BOOKING ?

To change your appointment, please contact us within 14 working days of your appointment. Unfortunately, the reservation fee would have to be paid again if we cancelled any other appointments for the same date. We also can inform our photographers and make up artists (if booked). WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL A BOOKING !

To cancel your appointment, please contact us on + 44 ( 0 ) 8448 112 626 ASAP. within 14 working days of your appointment. Unfortunately, the reservation fee is non refundable or transferred if we don't get a minimum of 14 working days of your appointment. If you cancelled for a serious matter and it is proven to us, then we will discuss the matter further on a face to face basis.

We have to be very strict with any cancellation matters as it cost us money.

WHY DO I NEED TO PAY A RESERVATION FEE WHEN BOOKING ?

Our studios are quite busy, so every time we block our dairy with your dates, it is a lost booking for another customer! Also, the Studio, Photographer and a Make Up Artist have to be booked for each appointment. We must pay their booking fee's in advance. Hence why we have a non refundable policy.

IS IT SAFE TO MAKE A PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL ON LINE ?

We use 'PayPal' for all online transactions, 'PayPal' is one of the worlds largest and safest online payment systems.
