London-based photographer Richie Crossley, chicproduction.com, had a  photographic passion starting out from the day he saw "keeping up with the Joneses" by Bob Carlos Clark. The impact that image left on him at only 14, changed his life! He instantly knew by then what he wanted to become! His passion for photography and brunettes, led him to study photography. After graduating, and working for various photographers and in laboratories, Richie followed his dreams by opening his own photographic studio. Paul and Richie go a long way, and is considered one of Richie's very dear friends, mentor and adviser. They have teamed up not only on a friendship basis, but also professionally.  The idea was that chicproduction.com & paulrghaley.com can cover the whole region of the UK. Paul is a Master photographer for over 30 years. His work has appeared in various media. Paul specialises in:

Paul has covered stories around the world including the USA, Central America, Hong Kong, Australia, Malaya, The Falkland Islands, Canada, Beirut,  Bermuda, Cyprus and various other countries around Europe. He now concentrates on Mentoring, Weddings in Italy, where Paul is currently based, UK & Europe. He is very passionate about his wedding photography and his style is a mixture of posed and formal images, with a reportage mix.

He quotes: "I look for what is happening and the flow of modern wedding, but I realise that some formal photographs tend to be the best way of showing certain people at their best.
